UX Designer+
Design Engineer

Hi there, I'm Ray. I love playing around with tools and thinking about why they're made the way they are.

So far I've been bringing service innovations to life through designing apps, websites, and AI chatbots for small and large companies, automating customer services, and combating nursing shortage.

I'm currently pursuing a master's degree in human-computer interaction at Carnegie Mellon, where I'm learning how to make AI-powered products more explainable and acceptable.

Beyond designing, my strengths lie in managing people, articulating decisions, and navigating ambiguity.
